Product Description

Helical gear is a cylindrical gear with helical teeth. Helical gears have advantages such as smooth transmission, good meshing performance, high overlap, high gear strength, quietness, and low vibration compared with spur gears. And it can transmit high power.
Helical gears are different from spur gears because their tooth profile is helical and generates axial thrust. Thrust can be eliminated through thrust bearings or a combination of left and right helical gears to form a helical gear. A pair of meshing helical gears must have the same helix angle and opposite helix directions. Gear transmission has the advantages of reliable operation, constant transmission ratio, high efficiency, the ability to transmit motion between any two axes in space, and wide adaptability.
